How many loans pay for a funnel?

Divide total monthly cost — plan, ad spend and the setup fee spread over a year — by what one closed loan earns you. If your funnels reliably produce more closed loans than that, the plan pays for itself; if not, adjust traffic, follow-up or plan size.

The biggest lever is usually not lead volume but the two rates in the middle: how many leads become applications, and how many applications close. That is what speed-to-lead and good result pages move. Speed-to-lead explained.

How many loans pay for a funnel?

Divide your total monthly cost (plan + ad spend + setup spread over a year) by what one closed loan earns you. With the illustrative defaults on this page and the Funnel Stack plan, it takes less than one closed loan a month — run your own numbers to see yours.

Where do the default numbers come from?

They are illustrative inputs, not benchmarks or promises. Replace them with your own: your lead volume, your application and closing rates, and your compensation per loan.

Do you guarantee a return?

No. Results depend on your market, traffic, follow-up and loan programs. The calculator helps you decide what volume would make a plan worthwhile.

What should "revenue per loan" include?

What one funded loan is worth to you before marketing costs: your compensation (or your company's margin for owners). Exclude anything already covered by other budgets.

Why spread the setup fee over 12 months?

It is a one-time cost, so counting it all in month one makes the first month look worse than the plan really is. Spreading it gives a fairer monthly view; set the months to 1 if you prefer.

What if I don't run ads?

Set ad spend to zero and use the leads you already get from referrals, your past-client list and your website. Funnels and follow-up raise how many of those become applications.

Which rates should I use for lead-to-application?

Your own CRM history is best. If you don't track it, the funnel's monthly report will show it after a few months; start conservative.

Does the calculator include the AI Engine?

Choose a bundle with the AI Engine in the plan menu to include it in the monthly cost.
